These terms govern your use of SlapStat, including any paid features or subscriptions. By using SlapStat, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
Service
SlapStat is operated by Alexander Berglund, based in Sweden. For questions about the service, contact info@slapstat.com.
SlapStat provides statistical information, estimates, and other content for informational purposes. Such information may be inaccurate or incomplete and should not be relied upon as financial, betting, or professional advice.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity carried out through your account. You may not access another person's account or use SlapStat in a way that interferes with the service or other users.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially breach these terms or misuse the service.
Premium
Premium is a monthly subscription that renews automatically until cancelled. Its price is shown on the Premium page and includes any sales tax or VAT. Checkout may show it converted into your currency.
Premium is sold through Link, a Stripe service that acts as the merchant of record. Payments show as LINK.COM on your statement, and Link's terms also apply to your purchase.
Cancelling and refunds
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time. On the Premium page, choose Manage subscription and cancel in the billing portal. Premium stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.
Cancelling stops future payments. It doesn't refund a payment you've already made.
Your first payment
If Premium isn't right for you, ask within 14 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full. You don't need to give a reason.
Renewals
Monthly renewals aren't refunded once the new period has started, except in the cases below. To avoid the next charge, cancel before your renewal date.
Charges we always refund
- A payment taken after you cancelled.
- A second payment for the same period.
- A payment you didn't authorise.
If SlapStat shuts down
If SlapStat is discontinued while you have an active Premium subscription, you will receive a refund for any unused portion of the period already paid for, unless otherwise required by law.
Asking for a refund
Email info@slapstat.com from the address on your SlapStat account and tell us which payment you mean, or ask through Link's support. The money goes back to the payment method you used. How long it takes to show depends on your bank or card issuer.
When a payment is refunded, the Premium it paid for ends.
Acceptable use
You may not scrape, crawl, or otherwise access SlapStat or its data in bulk or through automated means, circumvent access restrictions, resell or commercially redistribute the service or its content, or use the service unlawfully.
Availability and changes
SlapStat is provided on an “as available” basis without any guarantee of uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service or any part of it at any time.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, SlapStat is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses arising from reliance on information or estimates provided by the service.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a material change affecting your rights or obligations, we will provide reasonable notice before the change takes effect.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Swedish law, subject to any mandatory consumer protection laws that apply to you.
